At House Vibe, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, we have a strict No Return Policy, except under the following condition:

• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, you must provide strong evidence (clear pictures or videos) within 24 – 72 hours of delivery. If verified, we will take appropriate action.

• No Returns During Eid Season: Due to high demand, we do not accept returns or refunds during the Eid season except your product is found in damaged condition..
